A-1 Affinity Care envisions a world in which individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities and related conditions (IDD/RC) enjoy the same rights and privileges as the rest of society. To this end, A-1 Affinity Care involves individuals with IDD/RC and their families in developing their individual plan of care (IPC) to ensure that the services provided to each individual address their special needs.
